CHASSIS

TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT

Operation of the working equipment:

• Powered by the chassis power take-off (PTO), internal combustion engine, or gearbox
• Hydrostatic or mechanical operation with distribution gearbox, driveshaft, belts, and pneumatic clutch

Sludge Tank:

• Cylindrical shape with domed end caps
• Made of carbon steel or stainless steel
• Maximum tank capacity: 14 m³
• Hydraulic tilting with a telescopic cylinder and hydraulic locking in the transport position
• DN100 (4”) – DN150 (6”) drain and fill valves with quick coupling for hoses
• Discharge connection for clarified water from the tank
• Three level indicators on the rear lid
• Hydraulically tiltable rear lid with four hydraulic locking devices in the closed position
• Sludge guiding chute at the inspection opening or tiltable lid

Vacuum Pump (Moro, Robuschi):

• Vane or lobe-type
• Flow rate: 1200-5900 m³/h
• Vacuum: -0.8 bar
• Maximum working pressure: 0.5 bar
• Liquid-cooled or air-cooled
• Pneumatically operated four-way valve

Vacuum System:

• Ball-type safety valve
• Cyclone filter
• Safety filter
• Overpressure valve: 0.5 bar
• Vacuum valve: -0.90 bar
• Noise muffler on the pump exhaust
• For lobe pump: activated carbon anti-odor filter on the exhaust
• High-pressure water washing system with nozzles, using a dedicated pump for tank interior cleaning
• Automatic cyclone filter cleaning system
• DN100 (4”) or DN125 (5”) working hoses, 3 m long

Suction Arm with Hose Reel:

• Telescopic, oscillating arm with 270° rotation, equipped with a 7-9 m DN100 (4”) – DN150 (6”) hose, remote control operation available
• Telescopic arm with 270° rotation, equipped with a reel with a 12-24 m DN100 (4”) – DN150 (6”) hose, remote control operation available

Optional Equipment:

• Pneumatic system and Venturi suction device for suction from 15 m depth
• Water pump for washing with a flow rate of 20 l/min and pressure of 180 bar
• Retractable reel with DN 3/8” hose, 20 m long
• Lance with nozzle
• ADR certification
