Operation of the working equipment:

• Powered by the chassis power take-off (PTO) and/or by an independent internal combustion engine
• Hydrostatic or mechanical operation
• Independent internal combustion engine power: 45-65 HP

Equipment Tank:

• Cylindrical shape with domed end caps, single-body with two compartments or two separate bodies
• Made of carbon steel or stainless steel

Sludge Tank:

• Maximum tank capacity: 0.8 m³
• Drain/fill valve with quick coupling for hoses
• Three level indicators on the rear lid
• Fixed rear lid with inspection opening and cover, or hydraulically/mechanically tiltable
• Four mechanical locking devices in the closed position
• Sludge guiding chute at the inspection opening or tiltable lid

Water Tank:

• Maximum tank capacity: 300 L
• Anti-slosh internal walls
• Tank filling via fixed Storz 66 mm hydrant coupling with water filter or via retractable reel with 20 m DN3/4” hose
• Tubular level indicator
• Inspection lid

Vacuum Pump:

• Vane-type
• Flow rate: 270-400 m³/h
• Vacuum: -0.8 bar
• Maximum working pressure: 0.5 bar
• Air-cooled
• Manually operated four-way valve

Vacuum System:

• Ball-type safety valve
• Cyclone filter
• Safety filter
• Overpressure valve: 0.5 bar

• Noise muffler on the pump exhaust
• DN50 (2”) or DN76 (3”) working hoses

Water Pump:

• Ceramic piston type

• Filter with washable stainless steel filtering element
• Manually operated working reel with manual winding
• Main reel fixed on the rear lid or mounted on a dual-axis support:
  • First axis: hydraulic rotation at 90°
  • Second axis: manual rotation at 180°, indexed at 7 positions
• Reel equipped with DN3/8”, DN1/2”, or DN3/4” working water hose, 40-100 m long
• Washing lance with nozzle
• Unclogging nozzles
